| The
Board of Directors serves as the membership's voice in
the safe and secure operation of the credit union. Valley
Bell Credit Union's Board is elected annually from within
the membership and by the membership. Board members are
then responsible for setting the policy and strategic
direction for the Credit Union. Members of the board volunteer
their time to fulfill the expectations of the membership
by ensuring quality service and maintaining financial
safety and soundness. |
